What is the chance that I will see less well after the treatment?

The chance that something will go wrong during a treatment at Visus Oogkliniek is extremely small. The chance that we cannot correct your eye defect to your satisfaction is approximately 1 in 30,000 (and then you have to think of extreme strengths and/or deviations). In order to keep the chance as small as possible, we look as extensively as possible during the preliminary investigation into possible risks that reduce the chance of a good result. Although laser eye surgery is a so-called minimally invasive procedure, it is still a medical treatment. Risks are part of that, especially because no human body reacts the same. However, by using the best technology in the field of diagnosis and treatment, we can take almost every risk into account.
