Repeat prescription

Every patient receives a medication kit through Visus Eye Clinic on the day of treatment. This is sufficient for dripping for the first few weeks after your treatment.

If you need a repeat prescription for your drops after that, please fill in the information below. We will send a repeat prescription to your pharmacy the next business day.
