At Visus Oogkliniek, we continuously strive to improve the quality of our care. For this reason, you may be contacted by email and/or post before and/or after your treatment to participate in an independent quality survey.

This survey is conducted by Bosgra Research, an ISO 20252-certified research agency specialized in healthcare research. Your personal data will be handled with great care and confidentiality, fully in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and additional requirements set by organizations such as the Dutch National Health Care Institute, the Dutch Association of Health Insurers, and the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Only data that is strictly necessary for the survey will be used. More information about the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy of Bosgra Research.
