Do I need an itemized invoice to claim compensation from the insurer?

Yes, in order to be reimbursed for treatment under the supplementary insurance, you need an invoice with care product codes. This invoice can only be drawn up afterwards after the treatment. We can prepare this invoice with healthcare product codes for you, which you can then submit to your health insurer. This invoice meets the requirements set by your health insurer.

Very occasionally someone is eligible for a medical authorization and a corresponding reimbursement from the basic insurance. During the preliminary examination, our medical team will determine whether you are eligible for reimbursement under the basic insurance. If so, they will give you more information about this and guide you further. In this situation you also need an itemized invoice. This can only be drawn up after the treatment.
